Create your own Candle

Life can be stressful so it is important that we look after our own health and wellbeing. This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and it is a reminder to us to look after ourselves. Doing an activity that we enjoy boosts the mood and makes us feel good. For some people this can be a sporting activity, an arts or crafts project, cooking, baking, dancing, the list is endless but for me it is making candles. Not only do I enjoy the process of creating them I also get to enjoy hours of fabulous fragrance from my creation and I enjoy a sense of calm from watching the flame, a winner all round for me! Have you noticed how your eyes are drawn to the flame?
